I have a suggestion regarding this documentation page:

My colleague and I created and uploaded a new ruleset, but it took us a while before we understood that we had to refer to the newly created ruleset in the projects process template in order to use it.
If I’m not completely wrong and this is in fact stated in the documentation, then I would suggest that you add a sentence to the rulesets page where you say something about where you use your newly created ruleset.
