Has anyone used the Goobi email sending option?
Specifically I’m looking to use it for a situation where I have multiple people in a User Group that are doing the Metadata steps. When they are done it goes to another step that uses the Metadata Editor but allows me to check their work before the process hits the file export steps. I know I can use the Correction feature to send back a process to a previous step and write a message there, but was wondering if there was a way to better notify a specific user of the correction task. I was looking at the email sending option but am not clear whether this will do what I envision so I wanted to see if anyone was already using it in a similar way.
